Planning a Corporate Offsite in the Mountains

Why does sleeping on site matter?
Teams that scatter to hotel rooms at the end of a session stop being a team at 6pm. Teams that stay together keep talking through dinner and into the evening, which is where most of the value of an offsite actually appears.
How many people fit?
Up to 40 sleep on the property. Day-use capacity is larger. Most corporate groups run twenty to forty.
What spaces are available for the program?
Indoor gathering space in the Lodge, generous outdoor space for meetings and dining, a world-class gym, and forty acres of pine and meadow to walk on between sessions.
Is there connectivity?
Yes, though the point of the place is partly that phones lose their pull. Groups regularly tell us the lack of distraction was the most valuable part.
