What a Weekend Wedding Actually Involves
How a multi-day, on-site wedding compares to a six-hour venue block once lodging and vendors are counted.
Why compare a weekend to a venue block?
Most Southern California venues sell a six-hour block, and then you add a hotel block, transport between the two, a rehearsal dinner venue, and a brunch venue. A weekend at Sunstone puts all of that on one property.
What is included in the property booking?
Full-property buyout, lodging for forty, ceremony and reception spaces, the gym, trail access, and a dedicated coordinator. Catering, bar, structures, florals, design and production are coordinated through us with regional vendors.
What drives the number up or down?
Guest count, season, how many nights, and how much of the vendor list you use. A twenty-person micro wedding over a weekend and a two-hundred-guest Saturday are very different projects on the same land.
Do you publish pricing?
Pricing is quoted per date and per scope. Send your date and rough guest count and we will answer availability first, then pricing.
